This website provides information about Aldine's product and creator-operations services. It also lets potential clients submit an application for an introductory conversation.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Submitting an application, receiving a reply or taking part in a fit call does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Services begin only after the parties agree to a separate written proposal or contract.

Prices shown on the site are proposed starting points. Final scope, timing, fees, responsibilities and terms will be confirmed in writing.

Case examples and performance figures describe prior, anonymised work and are provided for context. They are not presented as results achieved by every client and do not guarantee revenue, audience growth, completion, conversion, retention or any other business outcome.

Your results depend on many factors outside Aldine's control, including your audience, offer, participation, market conditions, pricing and execution.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share. Do not use the application to send passwords, payment details, health data, unlawful content or confidential information belonging to another person.

You may browse and share links to the public site for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, probe its security, submit malicious or automated requests, impersonate another person, misuse its forms, or copy substantial parts of its content to create a competing service.

The Aldine name, site design, writing, graphics and original materials are owned by Aldine or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred to you by visiting the site. Any client deliverables and associated rights will be governed by the separate client agreement.

The site uses third-party hosting and form-processing services and may link to external websites. Aldine is not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of sites and services it does not control.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. Content is provided for general information and is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aldine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
